VLIR-UOS ICP Connect Scholarship (Flanders, Belgium)

Fully funded scholarships (about 50 per year, 10 per programme) for professionals from 29 eligible countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America — including Morocco and Palestine — to pursue English-taught Master's programmes at Flemish universities in Belgium in fields linked to sustainable development, such as rural development, aquaculture, food technology, marine science, epidemiology and governance. The scholarship provides a monthly allowance of €1,400 covering living costs, accommodation, health insurance and installation expenses, a full tuition-fee waiver, and round-trip economy airfare, for the full standard length of the programme. Selection favours candidates positioned as agents of change in higher education, government or civil society in their home countries.
